Berlin, January 29, 2019 – Beta Systems is one of Germany’s top employers for medium-sized businesses. This is the result of a study conducted by Focus-Business in cooperation with kununu.com, the employer rating portal for employees, trainees and applicants. Beta Systems is one of the most popular 2,800 medium-sized employers in Germany.
Armin Steiner, Member of the Management Board of Beta Systems Software AG, says about the ranking of Beta Systems: “It clearly shows how much our employees appreciate our employee programs. This includes, for example, further training courses including e-learning, an employer-sponsored pension plan and significant discounts for events and cultural highlights, as well as a low-cost bicycle leasing program and a comprehensive employee health promotion program, to name but a few”.
In order to determine the approximately 2,800 top employers of medium-sized businesses, Focus-Business and the market research company Media Market Insights (MME) evaluated more than 750,000 company profiles with more than 3 million employer ratings from the Kununu evaluation portal. Companies with at least eleven and at most 500 employees were taken into consideration. In order to make the final selection, they had to meet certain criteria – for example, they had to be based in Germany, have a score of 3.5 out of five on Kununu or better, and have a minimum number of current Kununu ratings. The final ranking is based on a score (between 100 and 200) calculated from two factors: the average rating and the number of ratings on Kununu – based on the number of employees: this ensures that only companies with similar conditions are compared. Each of the medium-sized companies named in the top list is awarded the title “Top Employer SMEs 2019”.
